Fall Activities

Here are some more highlights of our fall (and some more summer activities mixed in too):

Aristocats became one of Mason's favorite movies.

Grammie got Mason a special sheep that wraps up into a pillow and blanket - so soft! Mason loves it!

This is what Mason was going to wear for Halloween, but he wouldn't put it back on after trying it this time.

Mason loved helping Daddy mow the lawn. Mason would tell Daddy where to go and sometimes "steer" him by pulling on his hair.  Chad is a good sport.

Mason and Skyler

Mason and Grammie made a really cool fort! This is one of the things they love to do together. Having Grammie visit was another highlight of our summer!

Grammie is teaching Mason how to play the guitar.

Lego house big enough for Mason and complete with a garage for Mason to drive his cars in.

Mason transitioned to a big boy bed. This was the first night. He got all of his animals and blankets out of his crib, put them in the big boy bed, and laid down. He was very excited. Unfortunately after we got him out of bed and put pjs on, he wanted to sleep in the crib and then it took a little longer to transition to the big boy bed (which is actually now a bunk bed - he sleeps on the bottom of course, but the top bunk is added now).

So happy and excited

Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for the big boy bed and for helping us set it up!

Mason had his first swimming lessons this summer. He loved to go swimming and jump to us off of the side of the pool. By the end of the summer he also got pretty good at kicking his feet and paddling with his arms. Maybe next summer he will be able to do more on his own.

After swimming one day. Mason was exhausted. He climbed up here with one shoe on and stayed in this position for quite a while.

Mason did a great job helping mommy and Grandma make dried apples. He did the apple peeler corer slicer mostly by himself for almost the whole process and it
